Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Cum Billing Executive with experience in project survey, planning, quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, measurement verification, and client billing. The candidate should be capable of coordinating with project execution teams, preparing drawings, tracking quantities, and ensuring timely submission of RA Bills and final bills.
Key Responsibilities1. Survey & Planning
- Conduct site surveys and collect project-related data.
- Prepare survey reports and site layouts.
- Assist in project planning and execution scheduling.
- Coordinate with site engineers for progress monitoring.
2. AutoCAD & Drawing Preparation
- Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings as per site requirements.
- Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and layout drawings.
- Maintain drawing revisions and drawing registers.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams for drawing approvals.
3. Quantity Estimation & BOQ
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings.
- Develop BOQs and cost estimates.
- Verify executed quantities at site.
- Prepare material requirement statements and quantity reconciliation reports.
4. Billing & Documentation
- Prepare Running Account (RA) Bills and Final Bills.
- Maintain Measurement Books (MB) and supporting documents.
- Verify subcontractor and vendor bills.
- Track work order quantities and billing status.
- Coordinate with clients for bill certification and payment follow-up.
- Prepare variation statements, extra item claims, and quantity deviation reports.
5. MIS & Reporting
- Maintain project quantity and billing trackers.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Monitor billed vs executed quantities.
- Assist management in project cost control and profitability analysis.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D).
- Knowledge of project survey and measurement techniques.
- Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and billing procedures.
- Experience in EPC, Electrical, Civil, Infrastructure, Lighting, Bridge, Highway, or Government Projects preferred.
- Good command over MS Excel, formulas, and reporting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Knowledge of tender quantities, item rates, and contract conditions will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Electrical Infrastructure, Street Lighting, Façade Lighting, Bridge Lighting, PWD, NHAI, Railways, Smart City, or Industrial Projects.
- Familiarity with client billing formats and government project documentation.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy of quantity calculations and BOQs.
- Timely submission of RA Bills and Final Bills.
- Drawing revision and approval turnaround time.
- Quantity reconciliation accuracy.
- Reduction in billing delays and missed claims.
- Proper maintenance of project documentation and records.
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and competency)
