· Generate sales for rooms, banquets, and event packages through calls, visits, and online inquiries.
· Handle bookings for corporate clients, groups, and travel agents.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with event planners and corporate accounts.
· Conduct on-site property visits and presentations for potential clients.
· Work closely with reservations, front office, and banquet teams to ensure smooth guest events.
· Maintain accurate daily sales reports, inquiry logs, and client databases using computer tools.
· Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, and assist with marketing campaigns or exhibitions.
