1. Maintain day-to-day sheets for stocks, containers, inward/outward movements using Google Sheets. Ensure entries are
accurate and updated before shift end.
2. Prepare and maintain MIS (daily dashboards) for stocks, container status, pending documents and critical action items.
3. Email drafting & communication — prepare professional emails to clients, vendors, transporters and internal.
4. Handle documentation work — create, organize and maintain sheets, and other trade documents as per company SOP.
Ensure documents are complete and signed where required.
5. Coordinate with concerned teams regarding shipment status and do necessary compliance work related to it till invoice
is cleared.
6. Day-to-day miscellaneous tasks — Admin supporting operations and management as needed (scanning, stamping,
courier coordination).
7. Weekly warehouse visit (minimum once per week): physically verify stock/container status, reconcile physical stock
with records, note discrepancies, update records and raise issues to Warehouse In-Charge. Prepare short visit report.
8. Follow up on pending documentation collected during visits — ensure documents are uploaded to central folder and
shared with team.
9. Prepare monthly reports — stock movement summary, container utilization report, pending documentation list, and
comparison vs prior periods for management review.
