Job Title: Campus Incharge
Location: Velammal Nexus – Madambakkam Campus
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the campus.
- Ensure smooth functioning of academic and non-academic departments.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Coordinate with the Head Office and various departments for effective campus management.
- Supervise infrastructure maintenance, transport, housekeeping, security, and other support services.
- Plan and allocate duties to housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff and monitor their performance.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards are maintained across the campus.
- Conduct regular inspections of classrooms, common areas, washrooms, and other facilities to ensure proper upkeep.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and facility-related requirements.
- Address parent and student concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, safety protocols, and statutory requirements.
- Support admissions, events, and other campus initiatives.
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant administrative experience.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in school administration, campus operations, or facility management.
- Strong leadership, communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative processes.
Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in managing educational institutions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per hour
