A. Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, motivated Client Coordinator to manage communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams. The candidate will handle enquiries, coordinate material requirements, process purchase & sales orders, and ensure timely dispatch of material to clients.
B. Key Responsibilities:
Attend walk-in/phone client enquiries in office
Communicate with architects, contractors & corporate clients
Understand material requirements and share quotations if needed
Coordinate with factory/production team for availability of material
Prepare sales orders / purchase orders in system
Follow up with suppliers for material procurement
Track order status, dispatch & delivery schedules
Maintain client database & enquiry sheet
Resolve client queries professionally
C. Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years experience in client coordination / back office / sales support
Communication skills – Hindi / English
Good knowledge of Excel, Email, WhatsApp communication
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Should be responsible, organised & well-presentable
D. Salary bracket: 2.20 LPA to 3.20 LPA
