Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Assistant Teacher to support classroom activities and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment for children. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with early childhood training who are eager to build a career in education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Main Trainer in delivering classroom sessions effectively
- Support children during activities, playtime, and craft sessions
- Prepare and organize teaching materials and classroom setup
- Ensure child safety, hygiene, and overall well-being
- Handle small groups of students and provide extra support to slow learners
- Maintain a positive and child-friendly classroom environment
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Degree (preferred)
- Montessori / ECE Certification (added advantage)
- Candidates with 12th + Montessori certification can also be considered
Experience Required:
- 0–2 years of experience in teaching or childcare
- Freshers with relevant training are encouraged to apply
Skills Required:
- Basic English communication skills
- Friendly and approachable attitude towards children
- Good teamwork and coordination skills
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a caring nature
