Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance. You will engage with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required standards and effectively address user needs, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Hands on experience with Generative AI and LLM frameworks (OpenAI / Azure OpenAI)
- Solid fundamentals in AI/ML concepts (supervised & unsupervised learning, evaluation metrics) and hands on experience with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit learn, PyTorch / TensorFlow
- Practical experience building agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, or similar
- Strong experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases
- Proven ability in API design and system integration for enterprise applications
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and production deployments
- Working knowledge of data stores (SQL / NoSQL), vector databases, and messaging systems
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.
- Experience with low-code platforms and APIs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with software release management practices.
- Exposure to Responsible AI, model governance, and security reviews
- Experience with MLOps / LLMOps practices
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- Prior experience delivering customer facing or enterprise scale AI solutions
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
