About the Role
As a **Business Development Executive (Partner Growth)**, you'll play a key role in expanding NuLook's premium partner network across Hyderabad.
You'll work directly with salon owners, managers, stylists, and wellness businesses to build long-term partnerships, onboard high-quality partners, strengthen local communities, and represent the NuLook brand in the market.
This role combines business development, relationship management, community building, and market expansion—perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to grow with a fast-moving startup.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and visit premium salons, spas, skin clinics, and grooming studios across Hyderabad.
* Build strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and decision-makers.
* Present NuLook's value proposition and onboard high-quality partners.
* Conduct partner meetings, negotiations, follow-ups, and onboarding support.
* Build long-term relationships with partner businesses.
* Support community-building initiatives and local networking activities.
* Collaborate with creators, students, and local communities to increase brand awareness.
* Collect market insights, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback.
* Work closely with the Founders, Growth, Product, and Operations teams.
* Represent NuLook professionally in every interaction.

**No prior beauty industry experience is required.**
