Role Overview
We are looking for a capable and hands-on HR Executive to independently manage HR operations across our business divisions. The role requires ownership, strong recruitment capability, and the ability to handle both people management and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment (sales, service, workshop & support roles)
* Handle complete employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
* Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
* Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws)
* Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts team
* Handle employee grievances and disciplinary processes
* Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
* Support performance management and appraisal processes
Requirements
* MBA / PG in HR or related field
* 2–5 years of HR experience
* Experience in automobile / industrial / engineering sectors preferred
* Strong knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
