Key Responsibilities:
- Make inbound/outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Explain MakeEasyFilings' services and assist clients with queries related to business registration, tax compliance, and legal documentation.
- Guide customers through the registration and documentation process.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow up on inquiries.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, Tamil, Malayalam
- Basic knowledge of GST, taxation, and business compliance (training will be provided).
- Persuasive and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals efficiently.
