Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with an Architectural background to drive business growth, develop client relationships, and identify new project opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of architecture, construction, and project development while being capable of generating and converting business leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in architectural, construction, and real estate sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Generate leads through networking, client meetings, industry events, and market research.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with design and project teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and project pitches to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business forecasts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.
- MBA in Marketing/Business Development will be an added advantage.
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, Sales, or Project Management.
- Strong network within the architecture, construction, interior design, or real estate industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
