Design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using the Okta platform.

Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Lifecycle Management, and Universal Directory.

Develop and manage integrations using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM protocols.

Work with Okta APIs, Workflows, Hooks, and automation capabilities to streamline identity operations.

Integrate Okta with SaaS applications, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.

Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, provisioning, and identity governance issues effectively.

Collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical consulting, architecture guidance, and best practices for IAM implementations.

Support enterprise security initiatives by ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant identity solutions.

Participate in solution design reviews, deployment activities, and production support engagements.

Document architecture designs, implementation processes, and operational procedures clearly and accurately.

7+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Extensive hands-on experience in Okta Administration, Engineering, and Architecture.

Strong understanding of authentication and authorization standards including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM.

Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, identity integrations, and automation frameworks.

Knowledge of Okta Workflows, API integrations, and lifecycle automation processes.

Experience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, and cloud environments.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills.

Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Scripting or automation experience using Python or PowerShell is preferred.

Okta certifications and exposure to SailPoint, Azure AD, Ping Identity, or ForgeRock will be an added advantage.

Independently handle IAM architecture, implementation, integrations, and support activities using Okta.

Design scalable and secure identity solutions aligned with enterprise security standards.

Configure and troubleshoot authentication, federation, provisioning, and access management workflows.
