About the Role
This isn't a typical internship.
As a Founder's Office Intern, you'll work directly with the founders on building and scaling one of India's most exciting education startups.
You'll be involved in solving real business problems, launching new initiatives, conducting market research, engaging with customers, and helping execute strategic projects across functions.
If you're curious, entrepreneurial, and enjoy taking ownership, this role offers unparalleled exposure to startup building.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with founders on strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research.
- Assist in launching new learning centres and programs.
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, students, and community partners.
- Create presentations, reports, and business documentation.
- Support marketing campaigns and community outreach.
- Analyze business metrics and recommend improvements.
- Help streamline operations and improve internal processes.
- Use AI and digital tools to enhance productivity and execution.
- Take ownership of high-impact projects from idea to execution.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Is pursuing or has completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Has excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Is highly organized and proactive.
- Loves solving problems and learning quickly.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Is comfortable using productivity tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Has a genuine interest in education, startups, and entrepreneurship.
Bonus If You Have
- Experience leading college clubs or events.
- Internship experience at a startup.
- Knowledge of digital marketing or social media.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Basic design skills (Canva/Figma).
- Familiarity with Notion, Excel, or project management tools.
