- Execute location-based and project-specific promotions
- Monitor campaign performance and maximize ROI/ROAS
3. Project Branding & Promotion
- Develop digital branding strategies for ongoing and upcoming projects
- Ensure consistent branding across all online platforms
- Coordinate launch campaigns, festive offers, and promotional activities
4. Social Media Management
- Plan and execute content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility
- Promote project highlights, amenities, testimonials, and events
5. Website & Landing Page Optimization
- Maintain and update project websites and landing pages
- Improve website traffic, user experience, and conversion rates
- Ensure proper lead capture integration with CRM
6. SEO & Organic Visibility
- Improve Google rankings for real estate keywords
- Increase organic traffic and local search visibility
- Manage blogs, project articles, and location-based content
7. CRM & Lead Nurturing
- Coordinate with sales team for lead follow-ups and conversion tracking
- Manage lead databases and automation campaigns
- Ensure proper lead allocation and response timelines
8. Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly marketing performance reports
- Analyze campaign metrics such as CPL, ROAS, conversion ratio, and traffic
- Provide insights for campaign optimization and business growth
9. Vendor & Agency Coordination
- Coordinate with creative agencies, media buyers, photographers, and portal partners
- Ensure timely delivery of creatives, videos, and campaign materials
- Monitor vendor performance and deliverables
10. Budget Management
- Plan and control digital marketing budgets for projects
- Optimize spend across channels for maximum lead generation
- Ensure effective utilization of marketing resources.
