Job Title: EdTech Sales Consultant
Experience: 6 months to 5 Years
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: On-field (Territory-based)
Salary: Rs 10,000 – Rs 25,000 + incentives on sale closures.
About the Role
We are looking for energetic and result-driven EdTech Sales Consultant who are comfortable with on-ground sales activities, school visits, and institutional partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to schools, coaching centers, institutes, and partner.
- Meet school authorities to explain Sajre EdTech product.
- Generate leads through on-ground activities, referrals, events, and school interactions.
- Follow up with interested leads via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
- Maintain visit reports, lead data, and conversion status in CRM or reporting tools
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth school onboarding and program execution
- Represent Sajre Edutech professionally during school meetings, events, and campaigns
- Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and territory updates to the manager
Required Skills
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in face-to-face sales and presentations
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Ability to convince, negotiate, and close deals on the field
- Target-driven and disciplined work approach
- Ability to handle objections from parents, students, and institutions
- Basic smartphone usage, reporting, and CRM handling
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Any stream)
