Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Manage Admission Counselors, Telecallers, Trainers, and Placement Team
- Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion rates
- Ensure excellent student experience and support
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Manage academy operations and administrative activities
- Build relationships with colleges, companies, and corporate partners
- Handle student concerns and operational issues
- Drive business growth and brand awareness
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in Education, Training Institute, Sales, or Operations Management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in admissions, counseling, or business development preferred
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools
- Ability to lead teams and achieve targets
