We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Associate with 3+ years of experience in EdTech or IT sales and field operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, along with strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the EdTech sector.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and activity updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective customer onboarding and support.
- Represent the company during field visits, events, and client engagements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in EdTech or IT sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field activities.
- Graduation in any discipline; a business-related qualification is an added advantage.
