Identify and develop new business opportunities in the U.S. market for presentation design and visual graphic services.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.

Understand client requirements and pitch customized creative/design solutions.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Collaborate with internal design and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met.

Develop long-term client relationships and drive repeat business opportunities.

Prepare proposals, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations aligned with business goals.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and client requirements in the U.S. market.

3–7 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within a Presentation Design, Visual Design, or Creative Services company.

Proven experience working with and selling to U.S.-based clients.

Strong understanding of presentation design services such as pitch decks, corporate presentations, and marketing collaterals.

Excellent communication and client-handling skills, especially with international stakeholders.

Hands-on experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and deal closure.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Prior experience in a design agency or creative services firm.

Familiarity with tools/platforms like PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Adobe Suite (basic understanding preferred).

Experience working in night shifts or overlapping with U.S. time zones.
