As part of our expansion strategy, we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive who will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, generating business opportunities, and contributing to the company's revenue growth.
Position Overview
The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for researching, identifying, and engaging prospective clients through various digital and professional networking platforms. The role involves building a strong sales pipeline, generating qualified leads, and supporting the business development team in acquiring new clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospect Research
- Identify and generate potential business leads through LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry directories, business portals, company websites, databases, and social media platforms.
- Research target organizations and identify key decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain a robust prospect database.
Client Acquisition Support
- Conduct initial outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
- Initiate conversations with potential clients and qualify business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the Business Development team.
Market Intelligence & Research
- Analyse industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging business opportunities within advertising, branding, digital marketing, media, events, and communication sectors.
- Recommend new target segments and client acquisition strategies.
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
- Track lead progression through the sales funnel.
- Generate periodic reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
Business Development Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams to support proposal development and client presentations.
- Assist in nurturing prospects and strengthening relationships with potential clients.
- Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales/business development team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, or related field.
- Candidates with good communication skills can apply.
- Prior experience in lead generation, business development, sales support, or client acquisition will be an added advantage.
