- Financial Record Management: Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries .
- Financial Reporting: Prepare balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other reports to assess the company’s financial position .
- Auditing and Compliance: Conduct internal audits, assist with external audits, and ensure adherence to tax laws and accounting standards such as GAAP or IFRS .
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation, monitor expenses, and provide financial forecasts to support strategic planning .
- Tax Preparation: Calculate and file tax returns, ensure timely payments, and advise on tax planning strategies .
