: Receptionist

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist to join our aesthetic clinic in Bandra. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be proficient in computer operations, and be able to provide exceptional client service.

- Client Interaction: Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Enquiry Management: Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information on services and procedures.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage bookings and appointments, ensuring a smooth client flow.
- Billing and Payments: Perform billing operations, manage payment collections, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Administrative Support: Handle patient-related paperwork, including consent forms, medical histories, and other documents.
- Communication: Coordinate with clinic staff, including doctors and assistants, to ensure efficient operations.
- General Office Duties: Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area, order office supplies, and manage day-to-day administrative tasks.

- Education: Minimum HSC (12th Grade Pass). Any additional certifications in administration or office management will be a plus.
- Language Skills: Must be fluent in English. Knowledge of Hindi and Marathi will be beneficial.
- Computer Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, emails, and other office-related software.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage high-end clientele.
- Experience: Prior experience in a clinic, spa, or similar environment is preferred but not required.
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (may require flexibility based on client appointments).
