Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging computer lessons in line with the prescribed curriculum and learning objectives.
- Teach basic to advanced computer skills, including typing, word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and effective internet usage.
- Guide students in the use of educational software, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other digital learning tools.
- Promote responsible and ethical use of technology, covering digital citizenship, online safety, and data privacy.
- Assess and monitor student progress through tests, assignments, practical exercises, and projects.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive, inclusive, and interactive learning environment.
- Assist students in troubleshooting basic hardware and software-related issues.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate relevant tools and practices into teaching methodologies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Education or any related field.
- Freshers can apply; internship or project experience in computers/software will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of computer fundamentals, MS Office, internet usage, and basic programming concepts.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Patience, creativity, and ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students.
- Ability to prepare and design age-appropriate lessons and curriculum.
Key Competencies
- Strong understanding of computer systems, software, and educational technology.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management abilities.
- Teaching or training experience through internships, college projects, or workshops will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of online teaching platforms, digital classrooms, or blended learning environments.
- Ability to engage students through creative teaching techniques and hands-on learning
