Job Opening: Manager – Creative Design & Multimedia

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a creative professional who can help build and strengthen the visual identity of our school. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, be able to create premium marketing materials, work with AI-assisted content tools, and produce engaging videos for admissions and branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Design premium school brochures, prospectuses, flyers, newsletters, banners, and admission material.
- Work with AI tools (including ChatGPT) to develop compelling marketing content.
- Produce and edit 2–4 minute promotional videos, reels, and event highlights.
- Assist in website content updates and digital marketing creatives.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Knowledge of Canva and AI design tools.
- Good written English.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–5 years' experience in graphic design and video production.
