We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing & Growth Executive to manage end-to-end lead generation and conversion for our products and Kartblue IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified B2B leads via Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn and other campaigns
- Handle leads, conduct demos, follow-ups, and close deals
- Optimize campaigns for CPL, conversions, and ROI
- Execute SEO, landing pages, and content strategy
- Build partnerships and referral channels
Requirements:
- 2+ years in digital marketing / performance marketing
- Experience in lead generation + sales closing
- Strong communication & ownership mindset
- B2B / SaaS experience is a plus
