Job Description: Vice President (VP) – Wealth Management Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Vice President – Wealth Management to drive business growth by acquiring HNI/UHNI clients, expanding distribution partnerships, and delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and achieve Wealth Management sales targets.
- Acquire and manage HNI/UHNI, Corporate, and Institutional clients.
- Build and grow business through Wealth Distribution Partners, Channel Partners, Authorized Persons (APs), and IFAs.
- Identify, onboard, train, and support new distribution partners.
- Promote Wealth Management products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Equity, Bonds, Insurance, IPOs, and Fixed Income Products.
- Conduct portfolio reviews and provide investment solutions based on client requirements.
- Monitor partner performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Coordinate with Research, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure excellent client service and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–15 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Advisory, or Relationship Management.
- Prior experience in a Stock Broking, Wealth Management, or Banking organization is mandatory.
- Proven track record in HNI client acquisition, business development, and channel partner management.
