Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated AI Lead Generation Developer to design, develop, and optimize AI-driven lead generation systems that identify, qualify, and engage potential customers. The ideal candidate will have experience with AI tools, automation platforms, data scraping, CRM integrations, and workflow automation to drive business growth and improve lead acquisition processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI & Automation Development
- Develop and maintain AI-powered lead generation solutions.
- Build automated workflows for lead sourcing, enrichment, qualification, and outreach.
- Integrate AI models and tools to identify high-quality prospects.
- Design and optimize lead scoring algorithms and qualification criteria.
Data Collection & Enrichment
- Develop web scraping and data extraction solutions.
- Gather and enrich prospect data from public and proprietary sources.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Maintain lead databases and data pipelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software development, automation, or AI applications.
- Experience with:
- Python
- JavaScript
- APIs and integrations
- Database management
- Knowledge of:
- OpenAI APIs
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Prompt engineering

Pay: ₹456,646.56 - ₹1,758,087.79 per year
