Position: Tele Counsellor
Industry: IVF / Fertility Healthcare
Location: Ashok Vihar, Delhi
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing patients.
- Counsel patients regarding infertility, IVF treatments, and available services.
- Understand patient concerns and guide them empathetically.
- Follow up with leads regularly to improve appointment booking and conversions.
- Schedule consultations with fertility specialists.
- Maintain accurate patient records in the CRM.
- Update lead status and follow-up remarks on time.
- Coordinate with doctors and the operations team for smooth patient management.
- Meet daily call, follow-up, and conversion targets.
- Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction through professional communication.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong counselling, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite.
- Experience using CRM software (Bitrix, Bonvoice, or similar platforms) is an advantage.
- Ability to handle sensitive patient conversations with empathy and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare background preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, counselling, customer support, or healthcare sales.
- Experience in IVF, fertility, healthcare, or hospital industry will be preferred.
