- Welcome and assist walk-in customers and handle enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Explain aluminium window, door, façade, glass, and hardware solutions to customers.
- Generate, update, and maintain customer enquiries, leads, and project details in the company software.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, meetings, and project status.
- Schedule meetings with clients, architects, and Marketing Executives.
- Coordinate with the Estimation, Marketing, Factory, and Site teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare meeting schedules, window design schedules, and maintain customer records in Excel.
