Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Executive (Fresher) to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for a recent graduate who is organized, proactive, and eager to build a career in operations within a mission-driven financial education company. The selected candidate will support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions that keep our training programs and back-office processes running smoothly.
Salary
CTC: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills and interview performance)
Responsibilities and Duties
● Maintain and update student/participant records, attendance, and documentation
● Coordinate with faculty, trainers, and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
● Handle routine administrative tasks — data entry, filing, correspondence, and report preparation
● Assist with vendor coordination, office supplies, and logistics for training sessions and events
● Respond to basic queries from students/clients via phone, email, and in person, and escalate as needed
● Support billing, invoicing, and follow-ups on payments and registrations
● Maintain MIS reports/trackers in Excel and assist with data compilation for management review
● Ensure adherence to company processes, timelines, and quality standards
● Provide general support to cross-functional teams as required
Qualifications
● Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance background preferred but not mandatory)
● Freshers are welcome to apply — 0 to 1 year of experience
● Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
● Good written and verbal communication skills
