Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Finance Fresher with an interest in finance, data analytics, and AI-powered productivity tools. The ideal candidate will support finance operations by analyzing large datasets, preparing reports and dashboards, and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency in financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and manage large financial datasets using Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL (preferred).
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, reconciliation, and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare professional presentations and reports using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Canva AI.
- Utilize AI tools for meeting recording, documentation, and summarization (e.g., Otter.ai, Fireflies.ai).
- Automate repetitive finance tasks using Excel automation and AI-based solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable business insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, BBM, B.E., or MBA (Finance).
- Engineering graduates with an interest in finance automation are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query).
- Knowledge of Power BI (dashboard creation and basic DAX).
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools for reporting, documentation, presentations, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python.
- Interest in finance automation and business intelligence.
