Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused (CRM) to manage customer interactions, nurture long-term relationships, drive sales conversions, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in customer handling, and a passion for luxury retail and jewellery.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure a premium and personalized customer experience across calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and showroom interactions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and purchase history in CRM systems.
- Develop customer retention and loyalty initiatives.
Sales & Lead Conversion
- Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to drive repeat purchases.
- Upsell and cross-sell jewellery collections, customization services, and premium offerings.
- Support achievement of monthly sales targets.
Customer Service & After-Sales Support
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate order tracking, delivery updates, customizations, and post-purchase support.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and positive customer feedback.
CRM Operations & Reporting
- Update and manage customer databases.
- Generate reports on customer engagement, lead conversion, retention, and feedback.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance customer journeys.
- Monitor customer behavior and recommend strategies to improve retention and revenue.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in CRM, customer success, luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is an advantage).
- Experience using CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Shopify CRM, or similar platforms.
- Excellent customer handling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
