Role overview
We are hiring Telemarketing Executives to connect with potential customers over phone, explain our real estate offerings, qualify interest, and support the sales team by generating and converting leads into site visits.
Employment details
- Job type: Full-time, Work from Office
- Work hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Working days: 6 days/week (Tuesday week-off)
- Experience: 0–3 years
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain property projects and offerings.
- Generate and qualify leads through structured telephonic conversations.
- Schedule site visits for interested customers and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate notes for each interaction.
- Meet monthly calling, lead, and site-visit targets set by management.
- Maintain professional communication and customer experience throughout.
Required skills
- Strong verbal communication in Tamil and English .
- Persuasion, objection handling, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence to work with targets and consistent follow-ups.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets, CRM/data entry).
- Good listening skills, patience, and a positive attitude.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in real estate telesales or lead generation.
- Familiarity with Chennai localities and real estate terms.
