About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily administrative and recruitment activities. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
- Assist in preparing HR-related documents, letters, and reports.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and company events.
- Support attendance, leave, and performance management processes.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and market trends.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or HR software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
