Job Title: Reservations Manager
Job Responsibility and Duties.
1. Guest Relationship management (reservation requests, reviews)
2. Handling bookings & booking related queries on CRM software
3. Interacting with clients/brokers
4. Content Creation, writing and updating listings on aggregator websites
5. Social media management (Facebook, Instagram, Website)
Skills Required: Ability to work under pressure, MS-Office, English Proficiency (Spoken, Business Communication & Written)
This Job will give exposure to ALL aspects of a business. Connekthomes is a startup in the field of hospitality we create and provide service apartments across Mumbai, we are fast growing and profitable. Soon to expand to other cities in India. The promoter is a Wharton MBA.
