Job Summary
The Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the wellness centre to ensure smooth functioning, high customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This role involves coordinating staff, managing client services, maintaining facility standards, and supporting business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1.Daily Operations Management
- Oversee daily centre operations to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor appointment scheduling and client flow
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and service protocols
- Handle operational challenges promptly and efficiently
2. Staff Coordination & Supervision
- Supervise front desk, therapists, trainers, and support staff
- Assist in staff scheduling and shift management
- Conduct regular team briefings
- Support staff training and performance monitoring
3. Customer Experience & Service Quality
- Ensure exceptional client service standards
- Address client concerns and resolve complaints professionally
- Monitor client feedback and implement improvements
- Maintain high hygiene and safety standards
4. Inventory & Vendor Management
- Manage stock levels of wellness products and supplies
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Monitor purchase orders and cost control
- Ensure proper storage and usage of materials
5. Financial & Administrative Support
- Assist in revenue tracking and reporting
- Monitor daily cash collections and billing accuracy
- Support budgeting and expense control
- Maintain operational records and documentation
6. Marketing & Sales Support
- Support promotional campaigns and events
- Track membership renewals and upselling opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing team for local promotions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Healthcare Management, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, hospitality, fitness, or wellness industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
