Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Officer to join our sales team. The role involves generating leads, meeting customers, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities
- Meet potential customers and present products/services
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM records
- Follow up on leads and close sales efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
- Willingness to travel (for field sales, if applicable)
- Freshers are welcome; experience is an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales or service industry
- Local market knowledge (added benefit)
