Looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate with 3–5 years of experience in sales, client acquisition, and business growth within the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate travel, holiday packages, group tours, and travel partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and business partners.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and business pitches to prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Coordinate with operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively.
- Participate in travel expos, business meetings, and promotional events when required.
