Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production activities for support parts manufacturing.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Maintain product quality according to company standards.
- Prepare and update production reports, shift reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspection and quality control.
- Identify process issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support machine setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
- Reduce rejection, rework, and downtime through process improvement.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and machines.
- Follow safety, 5S, and company compliance standards.
- Coordinate with stores and planning teams for material availability.
- Assist in implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
