We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive-Spare Parts to manage spare parts sales and after-sales service coordinator. The candidate will be responsible for handling client requirements, maintaining inventory and ensuring smooth warranty and service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage spare parts sales for laundry machines to clients ( Hotels, Hospital, Railways etc)
- Handle after-sales service coordination with clients and internal teams.
- Maintain and update stock records & inventory management.
- Coordinate with service engineers for parts requirements.
- Manage warranty claims and documentations.
- Ensure timely order processing,dispatch and follow-ups.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and address their queries.
- Prepare reports related to spare parts sales and stock movement.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
