- Financial Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting, including billing, sales, collection, and payroll.
- Garment-Specific Accounting: Handle vendor payments for fabric suppliers and contractors, reconcile vendor statements, and manage purchase orders.
- Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, such as income forecasts and variance analysis.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and review the work of accounting staff
