Summary:
The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the website & App, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and analytics. They will be able to develop engaging content, build relationships with influencers, and measure the success of social media campaigns.
1. Social Media Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
- Identify key social media platforms and channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- Create a content calendar and plan engaging and relevant content across various platforms.
2. Content Creation and Management:
- Create compelling and visually appealing content tailored for different social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
- Manage and curate content from internal and external sources to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Optimize content for SEO and social media sharing to increase visibility and reach.
3. Community Engagement and Growth:
- Proactively engage with the audience, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong community on social media platforms.
- Monitor social media conversations and trends relevant to the brand and industry.
- Implement strategies to grow the social media following and increase engagement metrics such as likes, comments, shares, and followers.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media metrics, including reach, engagement, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.
- Generate regular reports on social media performance and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to optimize social media strategies and tactics.
5. Revenue Generation:
- Develop strategies to drive traffic, views, and impressions on social media channels to generate ad revenue.
- Implement conversion tracking and attribution models to measure the impact of social media on revenue generation.
6. Website SEO:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies for the company's website.
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-volume keywords.
- Optimize website content for search engines, including title tags, meta descriptions, and headers.
- Build backlinks to the company's website from high-quality websites.
- Monitor website traffic and SEO rankings to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
