Job Summary
The Academic Mentor – Day Scholar is responsible for supporting students enrolled in CBSE, NEET, and Integrated School Programs by monitoring their academic progress, attendance, discipline, and overall development. The role involves working closely with students, parents, faculty, and partner schools to ensure consistent academic performance and student engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and guide students to achieve their academic goals.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, assignments, and test performance.
- Track student progress and coordinate academic support with faculty.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and attendance.
- Coordinate with partner schools on academic schedules and student-related matters.
- Maintain student records, mentoring reports, and academic documentation.
- Assist in examinations, academic activities, and student engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in mentoring, teaching, academic coordination, or student support.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills

- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 per month
