We are seeking an experienced and dynamic NRI Sales Team Lead to manage and grow our NRI client portfolio. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Relationship Managers, drive NRI property sales, and ensure exceptional client servicing for our overseas investors and buyers.

Lead, manage, and mentor the NRI Sales Team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Handle end-to-end NRI client portfolios – from lead generation, consultation, and property recommendations to closures.

Build and maintain strong relationships with NRI clients, understanding their investment preferences and requirements.

Strategize and execute sales plans to maximize conversions in NRI markets.

Ensure timely follow-ups, high-quality client engagement, and personalized assistance for NRI customers.

Collaborate with developers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction closures.

Track team performance through sales MIS, CRM reports, and provide regular updates to management.

Conduct training and skill development sessions for the team to improve client engagement and sales techniques.

Graduate/MBA with 3 – 8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 – 2 years in NRI sales or international client handling.

Prior experience in team management is a must.

Strong knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market and investment opportunities for NRIs.

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), with proficiency in English (knowledge of international accents/dialects will be an advantage).

Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.

Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver consistent results.

Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms (Zoom, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
