Oracle EBS Techno Functional Consultant : We are looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Techno Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle ERP modules, technical development, business process analysis, and application support. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of functional knowledge and technical skills to implement, customize, support, and enhance Oracle EBS applications across Finance, SCM, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, or HRMS modules.

Key Responsibilities :
Functional Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Conduct gap analysis and provide suitable Oracle EBS solutions
- Configure and support Oracle EBS modules based on business needs
- Prepare functional specification documents (FSD), BRD, MD50/MD70 documents
- Work on end-to-end business processes across Finance, SCM, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, or Projects modules
- Support business users during UAT, SIT, CRP, and production rollout activities
- Analyze and troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution
- Perform impact analysis for enhancements and change requests
- Conduct user training sessions and prepare user manuals/documentation
- Ensure process compliance and adherence to organizational standards
Technical Responsibilities :
- Develop and customize reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflows (RICEFW objects)
- Work extensively with:

- Create and modify shell scripts and Unix/Linux scripts
- Develop inbound and outbound integrations between Oracle EBS and third-party systems
- Support data migration and conversion activities
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize SQL queries/performance
- Work with personalization and customizations in Oracle EBS
- Handle patch analysis, deployment, cloning, and migration support
- Collaborate with DBAs and infrastructure teams during upgrades and deployments

Must Have Skills
- Strong experience in Oracle E-Business Suite
- Expertise in SQL & PL/SQL

- Good understanding of Oracle Workflow and APIs
- Functional expertise in one or more Oracle EBS modules
- Experience in implementation and support projects
