- Export Operations Management
- Supervise and execute international freight forwarding activities.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, shipping lines, and transporters for smooth cargo movement.
- Ensuring smooth container movement from pickup till handover.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of export coordinators and logistics executives.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance.
- Client & Vendor Coordination
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients regarding shipment status and issue resolution
- Negotiate rates and service terms with carriers and transporters.
- Process Optimization
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for faster turnaround
- Leverage digital tools and ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency
- Reporting & Analysis
- Generate MIS reports on shipment status, cost analysis, and vendor performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in any stream, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field will be a plus.
· 4+ years of experience in freight forwarding operations, mainly ocean export
· Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding mainly sea export/import
· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
