About Us:
I-Tech System is a premier IT training institute and software development services provider in Nashik. We specialize in equipping students and professionals with industry-demand technical skills and delivering high-quality IT solutions. We are seeking an aggressive, result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition, corporate tie-ups, and student enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through field marketing, cold calling, and local area networking.
- Institutional Tie-ups: Visit colleges, coaching centers, and educational institutes to arrange seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions.
- Corporate Sales: Pitch our IT development and training services to local corporate clients and small businesses.
- Counseling & Conversions: Handle walk-in inquiries and follow up with prospective students to close admissions.
- Market Strategy: Execute outdoor marketing campaigns, distribute promotional materials, and participate in local educational fairs.
- Reporting: Maintain a daily tracker of leads, visits, and conversions, reporting directly to the management team.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate in any stream (BBA, MBA, B.Com, or BCA preferred).
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in sales, field marketing, or business development (Freshers with excellent communication are welcome).
- Skills: Strong convincing power, fluent communication in Marathi and Hindi (English is a plus), and an outgoing personality.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license for local field visits.
