Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Coordinator to manage end-to-end coordination of EdTech product sales (Books + SaaS solutions).
Location: Ahmedabad (In Office)
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination
- Support Sales Managers for institutional (schools/coaching centers) orders
- Prepare quotations, agreements, and subscription plans
- Track orders, invoices, payments, and CRM data
SaaS Support
- Coordinate client onboarding, demos, and training
- Monitor renewals and upsell opportunities
- Liaise between customers and technical team
Customer Relationship Management
- Handle queries and ensure SLA compliance
- Maintain relationships with key school stakeholders
- Conduct feedback calls to improve retention
Operations & Reporting
- Prepare sales MIS reports
- Track targets and renewal pipeline
- Coordinate book dispatch and assist in tenders
