About the Role: We are looking for an Operations & Outreach Executive to drive the end-to-end execution of our women delivery partner program. This is an Operations + Telecalling role requiring strong coordination, counselling, and field execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make minimum 60 plus quality calls to counsel and convince women to join app-based delivery platforms.
- Manage the complete candidate lifecycle, including enrolment, training coordination, onboarding to delivery platforms, learning licence, vehicle rental, and FOD support.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, manage women delivery fleets, resolve participant issues, and maintain accurate operational records.
- Build and coordinate trainer and telecalling teams, including trainer onboarding, documentation, payment tracking, and operational support.
- Conduct field visits, capture candidate success stories through photos and videos for Instagram and the website, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2 to 3 years of experience in operations, field coordination, telecalling, or program execution.
- Strong communication, persuasion, people management, and problem-solving skills with high operational speed.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, reporting tools, and social media platforms for community outreach.
- Willingness to travel within project locations and own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (mandatory).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
