-Handle inbound and outbound calls while maintaining regular follow-ups on inquiries and databases.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners
Required Candidate profile
-Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
-Fluency in spoken English
-Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or similar sales role.
