Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Design & Concept Development
Develop innovative architectural concepts and design solutions for luxury villas, row houses, bungalow schemes, and residential communities.
Prepare conceptual layouts, design presentations, space planning studies, and schematic designs.
Ensure design excellence while maintaining functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and cost efficiency.
Create unique design identities aligned with the project vision and market positioning.
Residential Design Expertise
Lead the design development of premium villa communities, plotted developments, and township projects.
Design and review floor plans, elevations, façade treatments, landscape integration, and community spaces.
Ensure optimal utilization of land while enhancing customer experience and project value.
Develop design guidelines and architectural standards for residential developments.
Master Planning Support
Contribute to township master planning exercises and land-use planning.
Coordinate with planning teams to integrate residential products within the overall development framework.
Participate in feasibility studies, density analysis, and product mix planning.
Design Coordination
Coordinate closely with internal Architectural, Planning, 3D Visualization, Landscape, and Engineering teams.
Review design outputs, renders, and presentations prepared by internal and external consultants.
Ensure seamless integration between architectural design intent and visualization outputs.
Participate in design review meetings and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Consultant Management
Coordinate with external architects, consultants, and design agencies.
Review consultant submissions for compliance with project requirements and design standards.
Ensure timely delivery of design milestones and project documentation.
Design Documentation
Prepare and review design drawings, presentations, design reports, and project documentation.
Ensure adherence to applicable building regulations, development control norms, and project specifications.
Support approval and execution teams with design clarifications when required.
Innovation & Quality Control
Stay updated with emerging architectural trends, luxury residential concepts, sustainable design practices, and construction technologies.
Promote innovation and continuous improvement in design processes.
Ensure high-quality architectural outputs across all projects.
- Proven experience in designing luxury residential developments, including Villas, Row Houses, Bungalows, and Township Projects.
- Experience in Real Estate, Township Development, Hospitality, or Luxury Residential Projects preferred.
